SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP DECLARATION

1. Declaration

I, __________________, residing at __________________, holding PAN __________________, do hereby solemnly declare that I am the sole proprietor of the business concern known as "__________________" (the "Firm"), and that I am the sole and exclusive owner of the said Firm, with no other person having any share, right, title, or interest in it.

2. Nature and Place of Business

The Firm carries on the business of __________________ from its principal place of business at __________________, and commenced its operations on __________________.

3. Sole Ownership and Liability

As sole proprietor, I bear unlimited personal liability for all debts, obligations, and liabilities of the Firm, and I am entitled to the entire profits and bear all losses arising from the business of the Firm in my individual capacity.

4. Bank Account

The Firm's current account(s) shall be operated in the name and style of "__________________" and shall be solely operated by me as the proprietor, or by such authorised signatory as I may designate in writing from time to time.

5. Statutory Registrations

I undertake to obtain and maintain all statutory registrations applicable to the Firm's business, including GST registration (where turnover thresholds are met or registration is otherwise required), Shops and Establishment registration, Udyam/MSME registration, and any other licence or registration required under applicable law for the business carried on by the Firm.

6. Taxation

As the Firm is a sole proprietorship and not a separate legal entity, all income arising from the business of the Firm shall be assessed to tax in my individual hands as the proprietor under the Income Tax Act, 1961, using the same Permanent Account Number stated above.

7. Authorised Signatory

I confirm that I am the sole authorised signatory for all banking, contractual, and regulatory matters relating to the Firm, and any person acting on behalf of the Firm other than myself does so only under a specific written authorisation or power of attorney issued by me.

8. Continuity

I acknowledge that the Firm, being a sole proprietorship, has no perpetual succession and its existence is directly tied to my continuation as proprietor; upon my death or incapacity, the business and its assets shall devolve in accordance with applicable succession law.

9. Declaration of Truth

I confirm that the information provided in this declaration is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and I undertake to inform the relevant bank/authority of any change in the details stated herein.
